Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made by and between Gether Pty Ltd (ABN 76 674 337 716), herein referred to as "we", "us", or "our", and the user of our Online Platform, herein referred to as "you" or "your". Our Online Platform consists of the website located at gether.life and the application accessible at app.gether.life, collectively referred to as the "Online Platform".

By accessing our website or clicking on the terms and conditions check-box on the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

1. Online Platform

1.1 The Online Platform provides a service to help users organise information, create calendar events, tasks & notes to assist with administrative tasks at home. 

2. Acceptance

2.1 Your use of the Online Platform and any of its services constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs. If you do not agree with these T&Cs, you must not use the Online Platform.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for the use of the Online Platform is required in advance based on the subscription plan you select. Available billing cycles are monthly or yearly.

3.2 All payments must be made via credit card. By providing your credit card details, you authorise us to charge the subscription fees in advance for the duration of the billing cycle you have selected.

4. Use of the Online Platform

4.1 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Online Platform strictly in accordance with these T&Cs.

4.2 You must not use the Online Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not use the Online Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Online Platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Online Platform.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All intellectual property rights in the Online Platform and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, post or transmit any part of the Online Platform without our express prior written permission.

6. Privacy

6.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

7. Amendments

7.1 We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Your continued use of the Online Platform after any amendments signifies your acceptance of the amended T&Cs.

8. Termination

8.1 We may terminate your access to the Online Platform without notice and/or may deny access to the Online Platform to anyone for any reason at any time.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

By using the Online Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these T&Cs, understood them, and agree to be bound by them.
